Terms and Conditions



These Terms & Conditions set out the terms under which Umbrella Telecom Management Limited (“UDIALPINOY”), provides you with the ability to make calls using UdialPinoy’s pre-paid calling Service (“UDIALPINOY International Calling”). From time to time we may offer promotions, offers, competitions and additional benefits to our customers, the terms of which are available here, should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and the terms governing your use of UDIALPINOY’s International Calling Services. By using UdialPinoy International Calling Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The essential terms of these Terms & Conditions are:



UdialPinoy customers could subscribe/buy the Udial Bundles currently available in our website www.udialpinoy.com. The IDD Bundles are available for calling any numbers in PLDT, SMART, SUN and TNT networks in the Philippines once you have successfully subscribed. The Bundles are available with 500 Minutes and 2000 minutes. Validity period of the bundle is 30 days from the purchase date.

These bundles can be subscribed only by the UK Customers at the moment. You may need to dial the UK Access Numbers provided to you to make use of these bundles. We do not charge you for dialing the access numbers as the part of the call, but your phone provider may, as they would if you were making a call to a UK landline. These calls are commonly included in your inclusive minute bundles.

This bundles can only used with a customer number (CLI) subscribed for this service within the expiry date. If customer wants to use another number to make calls, then the customer has to subscribe the bundle for that number separately.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct phone number (CLI) for the subscription. Once the subscription is done then it cannot be revoked.

Personal Data:

Our use of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy, and we will never share your information outside of the Umbrella Telecom without your consent. By using the UdialPinoy International Calling Services you agree to us sending you occasional marketing messages and promotions which we consider may be relevant to you. You can opt-out of receiving marketing messages by calling customer care on 02074424400.

Access Number Charges:

This is a UK geographical number, which you will need to dial when using a UdialPinoy International Calling. We do not charge you for this part of the call, but your phone provider may, as they would if you were making a call to a UK landline. These calls are commonly included in your inclusive minute bundles. We do not charge you for calling our Access Numbers which start 01, 02, or 03. However, while these types of numbers are usually included in bundles allowances, you may incur charges from your phone service provider so please contact them to check whether this is the case and, if so, familiarise yourself with the charges which apply. Some calls have an additional charge referred to as a “Surcharge” which is incurred for specific services (e.g. 0800 access numbers, collect calls, or use of a BT payphone). The payments can be made by Debit or Credit card or on line transfer. The billing agent of the Company is Global Payments or Shopify Inc. The transaction details will appear in the credit or debit card statement is www.udial.com or SP UDIALPINOY. If the customer willing to purchase the product repeatedly, it is possible to opt the card details saved for the next payment. The card details will be stored in the highly secured serves in the encrypted format. All payments are 100% safe and secure. UdialPinoy is PCI DSS compliant. All prices and rates published on our website include VAT.


Should you change your mind about your purchase within 30 days, we’ll happily offer a refund provided no service has been used.

Availability of Services:

When we provide you with the UdialPinoy calling Services, we will use the reasonable skill and care of a competent service provider, but we cannot guarantee that the UdialPinoy Calling Services will always be fault-free. Your access to the UdialPinoy Services may be occasionally suspended to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Your access may also be suspended if we are required to restrict it following instruction from the government, the emergency services or any other competent or lawful authority. In these circumstances, we will attempt to restore the service to you as soon as we reasonably can.

You must not use the UdialPinoy Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to make any communication which is, or is intended to be, malicious, fraudulent or hoax (including to the emergency services) or in any way which may damage or affect the operation of the UdialPinoy Services or any other telecommunications system. If you do not comply with this, the UdialPinoy Services may be suspended indefinitely and you may be liable to compensate us for all liabilities, claims, damages, losses and costs (including legal costs) which we may suffer as a result.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property, such as any applicable patents, copyright and designs incorporated into the provision of UdialPinoy Services, trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks”), are owned by or licensed to us.
