  1. What are the accepted payments?
    Debit or credit card payments will be accepted. Please be assured that we ensure the safety and security of your details and of your payment information.
  1. Will there be additional charges whenever I make a call?
    We do not charge connection, maintenance, or other fees
  1. When will I be charged?
    Your card will be charged when your order is fulfilled.
  1. Can I get a refund?

For calling bundles
If you change your mind, and have not yet made any calls, please request a refund within 24 hours from time of purchase, otherwise, your request will no longer be entertained. Unfortunately, we cannot give a refund once you have already made calls.

Once order and payment has been approved:
eGift orders set for "Immediate Delivery" will be delivered by email and/or SMS within 60 minutes of approval.
eGift orders set for "Scheduled Delivery" will be delivered by email and/or SMS before 12PM, GMT +8 on the date set by the customer.
The order is considered final and refunds are not allowed.
  1. How long does it take a refund to process?
    A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back.
    Refunds are always issued to a customer in the currency that they used to pay for the order.
    When you issue refunds, the following rules apply:

Refunds use the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.
We cannot issue a refund to a different card or bank account.

Refunds are issued in the same currency that the customer used to pay for the order. If the customer paid in Euros, then they receive a refund in Euros.
